If you still have an unresolved balance, the April 2023 date is a historical deadline, not a new opportunity to withdraw today. Keep your account emails, transaction records and any closure correspondence, then raise the dispute with the business using the contact details in those records. Ask it to identify the appropriate alternative dispute resolution provider. The Commission’s complaints guidance says a gambling-transaction dispute can go to a free ADR service after eight weeks of the operator’s complaints process; a deadlock letter may also explain referral. That doesn’t mean you can deposit, collect the reward and withdraw the untouched deposit. Bonuses: compare the route to cash, not the headline

Mansion’s old promotions aren’t a current offer you can claim. The useful comparison now is between a spin reward, restricted bonus pots and an earned deposit match.
