Two habits apply to every site in this guide, so we say them once. Upload your ID and proof of address on the day you register, not when you first try to withdraw, because verification can hold up a withdrawal, and the operators’ own terms say so. And set a deposit limit in your account settings at sign-up, at a figure you could lose without it affecting rent or bills.
If you have self-excluded, or you’re trying to cut back, none of these sites is a way around that. GAMSTOP (gamstop.co.uk) covers every UK-licensed site. Support is available from GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
Mr Vegas is a slots-led casino with live casino, sports, bingo and arcade tabs. Its UK site is run by Videoslots Limited, which also runs Videoslots and Mega Riches. The table shows how each of the five alternatives lines up. Offer terms and review scores follow in the profiles and in the comparison section.
| Site | Why it resembles Mr Vegas | Main difference | Ownership relationship |
|---|---|---|---|
| Videoslots | Same operator, same style of welcome package, a lobby of more than 10,000 games | 11 welcome spins on Starburst instead of Pink Elephants 2; Battle of Slots tournaments | Sister site: Videoslots Limited, UKGC account 39380 |
| Mega Riches | Same operator and terms structure, slots-led lobby with sports and bingo tabs | Smaller match (up to £25) plus 50 spins on a jackpot slot; £2 maximum bet while wagering | Sister site: Videoslots Limited, UKGC account 39380 |
| PlayOJO | Slots-led lobby of 8,000+ games with a free-spins welcome offer | No wagering on the spins; cash money-back scheme | Independent of Mr Vegas: Skill On Net Limited, UKGC account 39326 |
| LeoVegas | Slots, live casino and table games, with a free-spins welcome offer | 50 spins released after you wager £10 once; table games and live casino don’t count towards that wagering | Independent of Mr Vegas: LeoVegas Gaming PLC, UKGC account 39198 (also runs BetMGM) |
| BetMGM | Casino, live casino and a sportsbook under one login, as at Mr Vegas | 200 spins on one slot; the homepage leads with sport as well as casino | Independent of Mr Vegas: a brand of LeoVegas Gaming PLC, the same operator as LeoVegas |
Three things come up. First, UK players get the smaller welcome package. Mr Vegas’s own welcome page sets out two sets of terms: a 100% match up to £50 with 10x wagering for UK-licensed play, and a 100% match up to £200 with 35x for its Malta-licensed side. Second, the operator was fined £650,000 by the Gambling Commission in 2025 (details in the ownership section below). Third, reviews are mixed. Mr Vegas shows Trustpilot 3.5 from 2,275 reviews on mrvegas.com. Recent reviews include praise for quick verification and withdrawals, and a 30 September 2026 review complaining of a withdrawal problem and a long wait on live chat. If a withdrawal goes wrong, the Mr Vegas terms send you first through its internal complaints process, then to the free ADR provider IBAS (ibas-uk.com), whose decision binds the operator for disputes under £10,000 if you accept it.

Start with what you should know. Videoslots Limited runs Videoslots, Mr Vegas and Mega Riches on one UK licence, and the £650,000 Commission fine covers all three. Videoslots is the closest casino like Mr Vegas because it is, in effect, the same business with a different front door.
The homepage banner on the day we looked read “100% up to £50 on your first deposit”, with a £10 minimum deposit and a 10x wagering requirement, plus 11 welcome spins described as wager-free. Videoslots’s own welcome-offer page wouldn’t load its full terms for us, so for the mechanics we relied on its UK terms and conditions: the bonus is a match of your first deposit, you complete credited wagering of 10 times that deposit to receive the maximum bonus, and you have 60 calendar days from activation. The bonus is released in 10% tranches as you wager. The spins are on Starburst by NetEnt, and the page says winnings from them are wager-free with no maximum withdrawal limit.
Videoslots lists more than 10,000 games in its homepage search (10,219 when we looked), and adds a Battle of Slots tournament section and a Clash of Spins tab. Its terms say it ensures withdrawals are processed within 48 hours once your documents are verified, without making any guarantee. Trustpilot shows 4.0 from 2,468 reviews on videoslots.com. Worth considering if you like Mr Vegas’s game depth and want to compare the same operator’s other front end, but it won’t change the operator-level issues above.

Mega Riches is also run by Videoslots Limited, so the regulatory history above applies here too. Its welcome terms, effective 17 July 2025 according to the page, are stricter than Mr Vegas’s in one way you should know about: while you wager the bonus, a single or multiple bet above £2 forfeits the Welcome Bonus.
The offer is a 100% match on a first deposit of £10 or more, up to £25, plus 50 Welcome Spins on Ancient Fortunes Poseidon Megaways, a Wowpot jackpot game. You must complete credited wagering of 10 times the deposit (up to £25) within 60 days, so the maximum £25 match carries a £250 credited-wagering requirement, released in 10% increments. The offer is only for new players who complete verification, and any incomplete bonus or spins are forfeited if you withdraw first. Winnings from the spins are paid into your main balance.
Compared with Mr Vegas it is a smaller bonus with a lower stake cap and a jackpot focus (the homepage promotes a Wheel of Riches and WinBooster). Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 467 reviews on megariches.com. It suits you if jackpot slots matter more than a larger match, provided you can live with £2 bets while the bonus is active. Its welcome page quotes the £10 minimum deposit in pounds, but its general terms show euro amounts for the minimum deposit and withdrawal, so check the cashier before you deposit.

PlayOJO is independent of Mr Vegas. It’s run by Skill On Net Limited (UKGC account 39326), which paid a £305,150 regulatory settlement in May 2023 after a Commission investigation found social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. The Commission’s register currently lists no regulatory actions for the account, so the news page is the source for that case. In practice, set your own deposit limit and don’t wait for the site to intervene.
The review score is the other thing to weigh. Trustpilot shows 2.3 from 15,505 reviews on playojo.com, well below the other sites here. We haven’t read enough of those 15,000 reviews to give you a complaint pattern, so treat the score as a reason to verify early and test a small withdrawal before depositing more.
PlayOJO’s Reward and Game Play Policy requires you to risk your own deposit before withdrawing funds linked to the spins. New players in Northern Ireland are excluded from this welcome offer. Check these conditions before opting in. The offer: 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza at 10p each when you make a first deposit of £10 or more, with no wagering requirement on the spins and no cap on what you can win. PlayOJO also pays money back on every bet (0.06% to 3% depending on the game, paid in cash to an OJOplus balance), win or lose. The site advertises more than 8,000 games and lists a minimum withdrawal of £0 on its banking page. Its banking page says winnings are instant, but we haven’t tested that and the page gives no withdrawal times, so check the cashier before you deposit.
LeoVegas Gaming PLC (UKGC account 39198) has two Commission penalties on record: £600,000 in May 2018 for advertising and marketing failings (the Commission’s page was last updated in September 2021), and £1.32 million in August 2022 for social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures, with an audit. The register today lists no regulatory actions for the account. If you choose LeoVegas, set deposit limits at sign-up; our guide to sites like LeoVegas goes into its own alternatives.
The casino welcome offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash, but you have to earn them. Deposit £10 or more within 7 days of registering, then wager that deposit once (1x) on eligible casino games within 7 days. Slots, instants and Slingo contribute; table games and live casino are excluded. The spins are worth 10p each, winnings are withdrawable, and the spins expire 3 days after they’re credited.
The payments page lists Visa debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Open Banking as deposit methods, and names PayPal, Apple Pay and Open Banking for withdrawals too, with a £10 minimum withdrawal. It says withdrawals can take up to five business days depending on the method. Trustpilot shows 3.6 from 400 reviews on leovegas.co.uk. Worth considering if you want a mobile-first app and a live casino section, but not if you wanted wagering to be optional.

BetMGM is a brand operated by LeoVegas Gaming PLC, so the same two penalties disclosed in the LeoVegas profile apply to the licence holder here, and a self-exclusion made through GAMSTOP covers it like any UK-licensed site. It has no shared licence holder with Mr Vegas on the register. Set a deposit limit at sign-up here too, and read the Commission’s news pages on LeoVegas Gaming PLC before you deposit.
The casino welcome offer is 200 free spins on Big Bass Splash (10p each). To qualify, you deposit £10 or more and wager 1x on casino games within 7 days of registration. The spins are valid for 3 days and the page says there is no wagering on winnings. Wagering contributions vary by game, and you must opt in.
The help centre lists card, bank transfer, PayPal and Apple Pay for deposits, each from £10, and a £10 minimum withdrawal on each of the four methods. Maximum withdrawals differ by method, so check the table before you pick one. BetMGM says funds typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days once a withdrawal is approved, and that verification can affect that. Trustpilot shows 3.7 from 6,443 reviews on betmgm.co.uk. It suits you if you like Mr Vegas’s mix of casino and sport and want the largest free-spin count of the five.
All six sites below have a £10 minimum deposit for their welcome offers. Bonus wagering at UK-licensed operators has been capped at 10x since 19 January 2026, and every wagered offer here sits at or under that cap.
| Site | Welcome offer (UK terms) | Wagering | Trustpilot (domain) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mr Vegas | 100% up to £50 + 11 spins on Pink Elephants 2 | 10x first deposit in credited wagering within 60 days; spins wager-free | 3.5 from 2,275 (mrvegas.com) |
| Videoslots | 100% match + 11 spins on Starburst (banner: up to £50) | 10x first deposit in credited wagering within 60 days; spins wager-free | 4.0 from 2,468 (videoslots.com) |
| Mega Riches | 100% up to £25 + 50 spins on Ancient Fortunes Poseidon Megaways | 10x deposit (up to £25) in credited wagering within 60 days | 3.3 from 467 (megariches.com) |
| PlayOJO | 50 spins on Big Bass Bonanza (excludes Northern Ireland) | None on spins; your deposit must still be risked | 2.3 from 15,505 (playojo.com) |
| LeoVegas | 50 spins on Big Bass Splash | Wager the £10 deposit once to release spins; spin winnings withdrawable | 3.6 from 400 (leovegas.co.uk) |
| BetMGM | 200 spins on Big Bass Splash | Wager the £10 deposit once to release spins; no wagering on winnings | 3.7 from 6,443 (betmgm.co.uk) |
Bonuses and wagering, worked through. At Mr Vegas, a £50 first deposit earns a £50 match. You must complete £500 of credited wagering (10 x £50) within 60 days of activating it, and each £50 of credited wagering releases £5. A single bet is capped at £20 or 50% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower, and progressive jackpot games don’t count. At Mega Riches the equivalent is £25 matched and £250 of credited wagering. At PlayOJO there is no wagering requirement on the spins, but its policy still requires you to risk your own deposit; the 50 spins at 10p are worth £5 in stakes. At LeoVegas the £10 deposit has to be wagered once for 50 spins worth £5 in stakes. BetMGM’s 200 spins are worth £20 in stakes. We’d weigh the stakes value against the effort rather than count the spins.
Credited wagering is not a fixed total of stakes. At Mr Vegas and Videoslots, slot contributions depend on theoretical return to player (RTP), while roulette, blackjack and video poker contribute only 10%. Mega Riches also uses RTP-based contributions, but its welcome terms exclude table and live games. Check your chosen game’s contribution before activating a match bonus.
Games and providers. The two sister sites show lobbies of roughly 10,000 games, similar to Mr Vegas’s own Trustpilot description of more than 11,000. PlayOJO advertises more than 8,000. LeoVegas and BetMGM both have live casino sections, and we didn’t count their games. Pink Elephants 2 is by Thunderkick and Starburst by NetEnt.
Payments and withdrawals. At Mr Vegas, the UK terms set a £20 minimum withdrawal on every method except bank wire (a 3.95% processing fee may apply below that, and support can help), say withdrawals go back by the method you deposited with, and say the operator aims to process them within 48 hours once documents are verified, with no guarantee. Mega Riches words this the same way, and Videoslots’s terms say it ensures withdrawals are processed within 48 hours, also without a guarantee. LeoVegas gives up to five business days depending on the method, with a £10 minimum, and BetMGM gives 1 to 3 business days once approved, with a £10 minimum. These are the operators’ own statements, not tested times. PlayOJO’s £0 minimum withdrawal is the lowest on offer.
If you like the Vegas-branded slot lobby style, our guide to sites like Dream Vegas covers another set of options.
Mr Vegas’s UK footer says the site is operated in the United Kingdom by Videoslots Limited, a Malta-based company (registration number C49090), licensed by the Great Britain Gambling Commission under number 39380. Outside the UK the site is run by a separate company, Mr Vegas Limited, under a Malta Gaming Authority licence, so UK players contract with Videoslots Limited.
The Commission register for UKGC account 39380 shows licence 039380-R-319311-036 covering casino, bingo, general betting and linked gambling software. Its active domains are mrvegas.com, videoslots.com, videoslots.co.uk and megariches.com. That makes Videoslots and Mega Riches the sister sites, and the Commission’s 2025 news release names all three as run by Videoslots Limited. Casino Guru, which gives Mr Vegas a Safety Index of 9.3, also says it is related to two other online casinos.
The regulatory action is on the register’s actions page: a decision dated 30 October 2025 imposing a warning, a £650,000 financial penalty and an additional licence condition. The Commission found failures in anti-money laundering controls and in customer interaction for social responsibility, and required an independent audit. It said the operator’s monthly deposit limits were ineffective when tested in practice and raised concerns about prepaid digital vouchers used as a payment method. For you, that means setting your own deposit limit rather than relying on defaults, and funding the account with a debit card or bank payment in your own name.
On self-exclusion, the Mr Vegas terms let you exclude for 6 months, 1, 2, 3 or 5 years and recommend you do the same with other operators. Ask the operator to confirm coverage across Videoslots and Mega Riches before relying on a site-level exclusion. GAMSTOP covers all of them.
The other three alternatives aren’t related to Mr Vegas. LeoVegas and BetMGM share an operator with each other: LeoVegas Gaming PLC (UKGC account 39198) lists betmgm.co.uk among its register domains, and BetMGM’s own help centre says it is operated by LeoVegas Gaming PLC. PlayOJO sits on Skill On Net’s licence, and the Commission said in 2023 that Skill On Net runs 50 websites.
We checked each site’s UK licence on the Gambling Commission register on 6 October 2026, read its regulatory actions and searched the Commission’s news pages for older cases the register no longer shows. We chose sites with the same core product as Mr Vegas (slots-led, free-spin welcome offers, live casino or sport alongside) and a different angle a player would care about. We read offer terms on each site’s own pages, apart from Videoslots’s welcome page, which didn’t load, and we say so above. Review scores are Trustpilot figures as at the same date. We haven’t deposited, played or withdrawn at any of them.
None of these sites is a reason to gamble more than you planned. If gambling is causing you harm, GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and the National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133) are free and confidential.
Videoslots. It is run by the same company, Videoslots Limited (UKGC account 39380), and on the day we looked its homepage showed a 100% first-deposit match up to £50 with 10x game-weighted credited wagering and 11 wager-free spins, close to Mr Vegas’s UK offer. Mega Riches is the other sister site.
