If you’re comparing sites like Kitty Bingo, start with the bingo rooms, withdrawal rules and company behind each account. We compare five UK-licensed alternatives: Mecca shares Kitty’s operator, while the other four sit outside Rank. Three of those belong to Flutter, so this isn’t five unrelated businesses. You’ll see the useful differences and the conditions behind the offers.

A different logo doesn’t mean a fresh start with self-exclusion. Kitty Bingo says its self-exclusion covers all accounts operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, including Mecca Bingo. The Flutter brands below also have linked exclusion arrangements. If you’re self-excluded or trying to cut back, don’t open another gambling account. GAMSTOP covers UK-licensed online operators; GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 offer support.
If you’re joining for ordinary product reasons, complete identity checks early and set a deposit limit before you start. Use money you can afford to lose. A welcome reward still asks you to risk your own deposit, and a quoted withdrawal time isn’t a promise that every account will be paid within it.
| Site | Why it resembles Kitty Bingo | Main difference | Ownership relationship |
|---|---|---|---|
| tombola | Bingo rooms, chat and slot games | Its own bingo games; winnings have no wagering requirement | Outside Rank; Flutter group |
| Heart Bingo | Bingo, Slingo and familiar slots | Bingo welcome has 4x bonus wagering, with a £200 redemption cap | BV Gaming operates it; Heart brand licensed from Global |
| Sky Bingo | 90-ball, themed bingo, Slingo and arcade games | Selected welcome-ticket winnings have no wagering requirement | Outside Rank; Flutter group |
| Mecca Bingo | Bingo, slots and Slingo on the same operator | £5 qualifying spend and a club cash-out option | Kitty Bingo sister site; Rank Interactive |
| Paddy Power Bingo | Bingo rooms, Slingo and named slot games | The selected welcome rewards qualifying slot play, not bingo tickets | Outside Rank; Flutter group |
The terms and review figures below were checked on 10 October 2026. A smaller wagering multiple isn’t automatically a better deal: the amount you must play through, deadline, eligible rooms and cash-out cap all matter.

tombola is operated by Tombola (International) Plc, UKGC account 38613. Its licence doesn’t erase its regulatory history: on 21 July 2025 the Commission imposed a £184,500 penalty for electronic-marketing consent and self-exclusion failures. The register describes isolated failings and immediate remedial action. If you’ve excluded yourself, ask the operator to confirm the accounts covered rather than assuming a matching system has caught every account.
For a player who wants a genuinely different room rather than a different skin, this is worth considering. tombola says it makes its own games, including bingo90, bingo80, Pulse and Blocks. Kitty’s familiar combination of bingo, slots and chat is still recognisable, but the games are not simply a copy of Kitty’s Main Event and Penny Heaven rooms.
The first-deposit offer is a 100% bonus match up to £50, from a £10 deposit, plus one 10p Free Play for each £1 deposited, up to 50 Free Plays. You must accept it while making your first deposit. Free Plays expire after seven days. Winnings have no wagering requirement, but the bonus itself cannot be withdrawn: Free Plays are used first, then your own cash, then bonus funds. Withdrawing while unused bonus funds remain forfeits them.
That spending order is the important qualification to the no-wagering description. A £10 deposit and £10 match do not give you £20 immediately withdrawable. You risk the cash balance before reaching the bonus money; you can also decline the match rather than feel obliged to keep playing for it. Bonus funds cannot be used on Slingo, roulette, blackjack, Hamster Race, Quid Games, Squad Games or Crash games; check that your chosen game accepts the match before accepting it. This restriction concerns bonus money, not the separate Free Plays.
New players start with Visa or Mastercard debit card, with a £10 first-deposit minimum. The general terms allow Apple Pay after a first card deposit. PayPal is restricted to existing registered users and isn’t a new-account payment choice. The withdrawal minimum is £10; its payment guide says Visa Debit withdrawals typically arrive within an hour, while the homepage advertises eligible instant withdrawals in seconds. Treat eligibility as the deciding factor and use the timing shown for your own request.
Trustpilot’s www.tombola.co.uk profile showed 3.5/5 from 12,939 reviews. That is a customer-review score, not proof that you will receive a quick payout. One recent review describes verification delays; check your account’s document requirements before relying on the fast-withdrawal description.

Heart Bingo uses BV Gaming Limited, UKGC account 39576, rather than Rank. Its domain is listed as a white label, and its footer says the Heart brand is licensed from Global Media Group Services Limited. That is a different operating relationship, not a Kitty Bingo sister site.
BV Gaming agreed a £2 million regulatory settlement announced on 24 February 2022 for fairness, social-responsibility and money-laundering failures. The Commission’s announcement explicitly includes heartbingo.co.uk. Keep a copy of the offer you opt into and use the operator’s complaint procedure if the reward or account treatment doesn’t match it; licensing alone isn’t a quality guarantee.
Its BMO7 welcome offer gives a £50 bingo bonus after you opt in, make a first deposit of at least £10 and play £10 in any bingo room, all within seven days of registration. Wagering is 4x the bonus: £200 of bingo play. The bonus expires seven days after crediting, and no more than £200 can be redeemed from it. It is once per household, and you get only one welcome offer across the site’s bingo and casino offers.
The attraction is a lower multiple than Kitty’s 6x bingo reward, not a smaller pound commitment. Heart requires £200 of bonus wagering against Kitty’s £210, despite having the larger bonus. Heart’s seven-day completion period is much shorter than Kitty’s 30 days. If that deadline would push you to buy more tickets than planned, decline the offer.
Heart’s rooms include Heart and Soul, The Feel Good Bingo Room, Value Bingo and Deal or No Deal Bingo. Its lobby also lists Slingo, Starburst, Fluffy Favourites and live-casino games. That makes it a closer fit than a slots-only casino if you want to keep both parts of Kitty’s product.
The current deposit guide lists debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Its withdrawal guide lists up to 24 hours for those methods and 1–3 working days for bank transfer, but also says withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours before funds reach you within a further 1–3 working days. Plan for checks and bank time, not a guaranteed same-day payment. The standard withdrawal minimum is £5; smaller balances of at least £1 need customer-service help, and a reasonable processing fee may apply. Ask about that fee before requesting a small balance.
Trustpilot’s heartbingo.co.uk profile showed 2.8/5 from 1,506 reviews, with verification and payment complaints alongside positive support reports. Keep document submissions and support replies together if a withdrawal needs follow-up.

Sky Bingo now uses Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, UKGC account 65519. Don’t confuse that company with former operator Bonne Terre Limited. The Commission announced a £1.17 million fine against the latter on 9 March 2022 after Sky Vegas promotional emails reached self-excluded customers and people who had opted out of marketing. An unwanted promotion isn’t permission to return to gambling: report it to support and keep your exclusion in place.
The B10G20 offer is only for new Sky Betting & Gaming customers. Having a Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker, Sky Casino or Sky Bingo account makes you an existing customer for this offer. Check that restriction before depositing rather than treating the bingo site as a separate new-customer opportunity.
Eligible customers deposit £10 within 30 days of registration and stake £10 in cash on the named bingo games: AOTG Bingo – Sky Bingo, Cash Cubes Bingo Sky Bingo and DOND 75 Ball. The reward is £20 in bingo tickets for those eligible games, valued at up to 10p per ticket, not £20 you can withdraw. It expires 30 days after crediting. Winnings from the bingo games have no wagering requirements.
That is a useful difference from Kitty’s £35 reward, which requires £210 of wagering on its Main Event reward before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Sky’s smaller ticket reward doesn’t have that second turnover target. It still requires you to spend £10 of your own cash to qualify, and the restriction to three named games matters if your favourite room is elsewhere.
Sky’s homepage describes Deal or No Deal 75-Ball and Age of the Gods Bingo, with Slingo, slots and instant-win games alongside them. It suits someone who likes Kitty’s bingo-and-arcade mix but wants this particular ticket structure. It isn’t a separate company from every other choice here: Sky and tombola are in the Flutter family.
Sky’s withdrawal help says Pay by Bank reaches the bank immediately, with a £5 minimum. Eligible Visa and participating Mastercard withdrawals should arrive in 1–4 hours; standard card withdrawals take 2–5 working days, also with a £5 minimum. Apple Pay withdrawals require a card previously used for an Apple Pay deposit. Check the method offered in your account before comparing the quickest headline with Kitty’s 15-minute description.
Trustpilot’s www.skybingo.com profile showed 2.8/5 from 669 reviews. The reviews include positive fast-withdrawal reports as well as complaints about the games and rewards. Judge the account service separately from whether a session wins or loses.

Mecca is a Kitty Bingo sister site, operated by the same Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited under UKGC account 57924. It isn’t a way to move away from Rank’s account decisions or self-exclusion. Its Trustpilot meccabingo.com profile showed 1.4/5 from 3,327 reviews, including withdrawal and verification complaints. If poor service at Kitty is your reason for leaving, consider a different operator rather than expecting a new logo to solve it.
Mecca earns a place here for its club connection, not a claim of better service. Its banking page offers Mecca Cash Out: contact support to request £10–£100 from your online account and collect at a Mecca club before 9pm the same day, with a membership card and valid photo ID. Bonus balances aren’t cash-out money. Confirm collection arrangements with support before travelling.
The current welcome gives a choice: deposit and spend £5 on eligible bingo for a £20 bingo bonus with 5x bonus wagering, or deposit and spend £5 on selected slots for 50 10p spins on King Kong Cash Even Bigger Bananas. The slots qualifying spend must be completed within seven days of the initial deposit; spins then expire seven days after crediting and winnings are paid into the cash balance. PayPal and Paysafe deposits don’t qualify, and a second deposit before qualification makes you ineligible.
The bingo option excludes Best Odds Bingo, Deal or No Deal 75, Deal or No Deal 90 and invite-only rooms. Its £20 bonus needs £100 of eligible bingo wagering within 30 days of crediting. Withdrawing cash before completing wagering forfeits the remaining unwagered bonus funds. Both welcome paths also offer a £10 club-only voucher, with dates on the voucher, a membership-card requirement and no cash value. Treat it as a club perk, not another £10 available to withdraw online.
Kitty Bingo vs Mecca Bingo is therefore a practical comparison: similar games and the same operator, but different qualifying spend and rewards. Mecca’s lobby lists Main Event, Penny Lane, Jive Talking and Dab and Blab Live, together with slots and Slingo. If you already attend a Mecca club, the connection may matter more than the welcome headline.
Its payment page lists Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, Instant Bank Transfer, PayPal and Paysafecard. Card deposits start at £5. PayPal deposits start at £10, but PayPal is unavailable for first-time deposits or the welcome offer; choose another listed method for your first deposit. Mecca states most withdrawals reach the bank within 15 minutes where Fast Withdrawals applies; cards without it take 1–3 working days. Those are operator timings, not our own payout tests.
There is a separate Rank-group concern: the Commission announced a £5 million settlement on 7 October 2026 against Grosvenor Casinos Limited, Grosvenor Casinos (GC) Limited and Gaming Group Limited for anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failures at land-based casinos. That wasn’t a penalty against Mecca’s current online licence holder. Still, don’t rely on group branding as protection; use your own limits and keep only the balance you need for a planned session.

Paddy Power Bingo sits outside Rank but shares Flutter ownership with Sky and tombola. Its UK footer names several PPB companies; PPB Entertainment Limited, account 39426, and PPB GE Limited, account 52819, both hold active bingo and casino licences. One brand can use more than one legal provider, so the footer isn’t a single licence-number shortcut.
The Commission’s 17 December 2025 decision required a combined £2 million payment from four Paddy Power Betfair licensees, including PPB Entertainment, for remote customer-interaction failures. It wasn’t a separate £2 million penalty for every company. Make your limits explicit at sign-up rather than assuming the operator will notice escalating losses in time.
The PINTV4 welcome offers 40 10p free spins after opting in, depositing at least £10 by debit card, Apple Pay or Pay by Bank and spending £10 cash on eligible Bingo Slots within 30 days of joining. These are slot stakes on the Bingo product, not ordinary bingo-ticket purchases or stakes on another Paddy channel. Your age and mobile number must be verified.
Spins are used on the first eligible game you launch and expire 30 days after award. Winnings are credited as cash. The offer is for new Paddy Power customers, with one bingo welcome offer per customer; another Paddy Power Bingo welcome makes you ineligible. The terms also say an optional Big Drop Jackpot additional stake doesn’t count towards qualification: only the base stake does. Disable that extra-stake feature if you don’t want to pay for it.
That offer is worth considering if you mainly use Kitty for familiar slots but still want bingo rooms nearby. Paddy’s own bingo page lists Age of the Gods, Cash Cubes, Deal or No Deal, Slingo and live bingo. Its welcome is not the closest choice if you want your reward to be bingo tickets; Sky’s selected ticket offer is the more direct comparison.
The withdrawal guide says Pay by Bank reaches the bank immediately, eligible card withdrawals take 1–4 hours and standard cards take 2–5 working days. It also supports Apple Pay withdrawals where you previously deposited through that card, and lists PayPal under other withdrawal methods. The welcome’s payment restrictions still apply separately.
Trustpilot’s www.paddypower.com profile showed 3.7/5 from 8,282 reviews. This covers the wider Paddy Power business, not just bingo. It includes both good support experiences and a complaint about money held during an account review. Keep your transaction reference and request a written explanation if a payment is delayed.
Kitty’s current bingo welcome requires a first deposit and £10 spend in Main Event within seven days of that deposit. PayPal and Paysafe don’t qualify. The £35 bonus is restricted to Main Event and needs 6x bonus wagering: £35 × 6 = £210, completed within 30 days of crediting. Cash is staked before bonus funds. Cash withdrawals before completing the requirement forfeit the unwagered bonus balance.
Mecca’s £20 at 5x means £20 × 5 = £100; Heart’s £50 at 4x means £50 × 4 = £200, with a £200 redemption ceiling and seven-day expiry. These are wagering totals, not deposits you must make or losses you are certain to suffer. You can run out of playable balance before completing them. Don’t add deposits just to chase completion.
Kitty’s alternative slots welcome is 100 10p spins on The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King after a £10 first deposit and £10 spend on that same game within seven days. Refresh the game after qualifying. The spins expire after seven days, winnings are bonus money with 10x wagering on that game, and the wagering deadline is another seven-day period from bonus crediting. Conversion to cash is capped at £200. You choose bingo or slots, not both. A second deposit before you qualify makes you ineligible for either welcome; don’t top up to try to finish the qualifying spend. Cash is staked before the bonus. Withdrawing any cash during the slots offer forfeits remaining spins and unwagered bonus funds, so confirm what would be lost before requesting a withdrawal.
For example, £20 won from Kitty’s welcome spins means £200 of wagering before conversion, still subject to that cap and deadline. Mecca’s selected spin winnings and Paddy’s selected spin winnings are paid as cash instead. tombola and Sky describe no wagering on the winnings discussed above, but their bonus or ticket values themselves aren’t withdrawable. None of these rewards guarantees a profit.
Kitty’s homepage lists 90-ball, 75-ball and themed rooms, with Penny Heaven, Main Event, Fluffy Favourites Bingo and Emoji Bingo among its named games. Its slots catalogue highlights Playtech and Pragmatic Play, and it has Slingo and live casino. So casinos like Kitty Bingo should offer more than a long slot list if bingo is what brings you back.
Mecca is the same-operator choice with familiar room types. Heart, Sky and Paddy keep the mix of bingo, branded games and slots while changing the operator. tombola is the bigger product change because it develops its own games. For another bingo-led comparison, our Foxy Bingo alternatives guide looks at a different starting brand; our Paddy Power Bingo alternatives guide starts from Paddy’s product instead.
Kitty’s banking page says most withdrawals are processed instantly and reach the bank within 15 minutes; major banks and PayPal support Fast Withdrawals. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals without it take 1–3 working days. That’s the operator’s description, not a speed we tested.
Its minimum card, Apple Pay and Instant Bank Transfer deposit is £5, while PayPal starts at £10. Those supported withdrawal methods have a £5 minimum; Paysafecard is deposit-only. The £10 welcome minimum is therefore different from the site’s minimum deposit. Using an accepted payment method doesn’t necessarily make a welcome offer eligible.
Mecca gives the most directly comparable fast-withdrawal wording. Sky and Paddy distinguish immediate bank withdrawals from eligible 1–4-hour cards and 2–5-working-day standard cards. Heart separates checks from bank receipt, while tombola limits new-player payment choices. Choose the method you can actually use, not the fastest method listed somewhere on the site.
Kitty Bingo is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, UKGC account 57924, with active remote bingo and casino permissions. The register lists kittybingo.com, meccabingo.com and luckypantsbingo.com as active domains under that company, and their own footers name the same operator. Mecca and Lucky Pants are therefore verified Kitty Bingo sister sites, not just similar-looking brands.
Lucky Pants’ current £35 bingo reward also uses 6x bonus wagering, while its spin route uses 10x winnings wagering and a £200 conversion cap. It isn’t an improvement on those Kitty conditions. We haven’t put it among the five picks: if your aim is a materially different welcome structure or operating company, another Rank skin doesn’t provide it.
Rank’s other registered domains include Grosvenor, Bella Casino and Magical Vegas, but our five picks focus on bingo-led products. Heart is not part of this Rank licence. Its shared operating company with other BV brands also doesn’t mean BV owns every brand name it licenses.
The Flutter connection matters just as much. tombola’s terms, clause 19.17, say exclusions from 17 December 2024 with tombola, Paddy Power, Betfair or Sky Betting & Gaming are replicated across matched accounts, including earlier active exclusions when another account is matched. The terms still recommend excluding separately with each operator. Ask support to confirm coverage for every account; don’t use these alternatives while self-excluded. Deposit limits aren’t automatically identical across those brands.
Trustpilot’s www.kittybingo.com profile showed 1.4/5 from 280 reviews, including complaints about identity checks, withdrawals and contact with support. Casino Guru, by contrast, showed a 9.4/10 Safety Index and no user reviews. They measure different things: customer experiences on one site and an editorial safety assessment on the other. Neither tells you what your next session or withdrawal will be like.
Our 2.5/5 editorial rating is a cautious overall judgement: Kitty has an active UK licence and a bingo-led game selection, but the welcome restrictions and negative customer-service reports weigh against it. It is not a Trustpilot average or a prediction of returns. If you have an unresolved balance, deal with that before funding another account.
Kitty’s complaints policy directs you to [email protected] or 0800 279 3221. Keep the withdrawal request, document-submission dates and support correspondence. If its final response doesn’t resolve an eligible gambling dispute, the policy names IBAS as the free independent service.
We checked the relevant bingo and casino permissions on the Gambling Commission register, read the welcome conditions and banking information on operators’ own pages, and compared the named bingo products. We also read the relevant Trustpilot profiles, separating Paddy’s wider-business score from bingo-only evidence. Regulatory history is disclosed, not treated as an automatic ban on an otherwise relevant site.
We captured the five homepages and checked the images. We didn’t deposit, play or test withdrawals. This is a comparison of published rules and products, not a claim that every account receives the same service.
Choose tombola if you want different bingo games and are comfortable starting with debit card. Consider Sky if you want selected welcome tickets with no wagering on their winnings, provided you are genuinely new to Sky Betting & Gaming. Heart is worth comparing for its 4x bingo reward, but only if the short deadline and redemption cap fit your planned play.
Mecca makes sense for someone who uses its clubs, not someone trying to escape Rank’s support or exclusion rules. Paddy suits the slots-led bingo player who understands that qualifying stakes must be on the Bingo product. The right Kitty Bingo alternative is the one whose ordinary games and payment arrangements fit you after the welcome has gone, not the one with the largest number in the banner.
Mecca is the same-operator comparison for bingo, slots and Slingo, with a club connection. Heart, Sky and Paddy offer bingo-and-slot products outside Rank. tombola is the clearer change of game selection because it develops its own games. Choose according to rooms and payments, not an expectation of better winnings.
