Every site below holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, so GAMSTOP, ID checks and age checks apply to all of them. That doesn’t make them clean. Each of the five, and Foxy Bingo’s own operator, has a Commission penalty or settlement somewhere in its history. In Sky’s and Buzz’s cases it was against the company that held the licence at the time, not the one that operates the site today. We give the date and the plain-words summary in each section, because you should know it before you hand over a card.
Three things are worth doing on any of them, so we won’t repeat them in every review: upload your ID the day you register (Foxy’s own welcome offers require a verified account), set a deposit limit during sign-up, and test a small withdrawal early.
If you’ve self-excluded or you’re trying to cut back, these sites are not a way around that, and we’d never suggest otherwise. Keep your GAMSTOP registration in place. For support, contact GamCare or the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
Foxy Bingo is run by LC International Limited under UKGC account 54743, and its footer links to that register entry. It’s a bingo-first site with slots, Slingo, Megaways, jackpot slots and scratch cards, and a rotating set of themed bingo rooms across 90-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball and 30-ball speed bingo.
The main reason we see people searching for alternatives is reputation. On 6 October 2026, Trustpilot showed foxybingo.com at 1.3 from 2,531 reviews. We read the first page of recent reviews: complaints about bonuses and perks not working, poor customer service and winnings being withheld. Trustpilot doesn’t verify those claims and reviewers who are unhappy are more likely to write, so treat it as a pattern worth knowing about rather than proof. If you stay with Foxy, the practical step is to read the offer terms before you deposit.
The welcome offer is a choice you make before registering. You can take a £20 Bingo Bonus (deposit and spend £10 on bingo, 2x wagering, which is £40 of bingo play, to be claimed and used within 30 days) or 100 Free Spins (deposit and spend £10 on slots or casino, spins worth £0.10 each on selected games, no wagering, claim within 7 days and use within 7 days). Deposits made with Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, any prepaid card or certain debit cards don’t qualify.
Foxy’s own help centre says withdrawals can be instant or take up to five working days depending on the method, and that the risk team can add time if it needs to review. Its deposit-methods guide says Skrill withdrawals can take up to four hours after approval.
Here’s how the five sites we picked compare with Foxy Bingo. Offer figures and terms are in each section, and in the comparison further down.
| Site | Why it resembles Foxy Bingo | Main difference | Ownership relationship |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gala Bingo | Bingo rooms, slots, Slingo and a choice of bingo or free-spins welcome offer | Bigger bingo bonus with a shorter 7-day window | Same company: LC International Limited, UKGC account 54743 |
| tombola | Bingo-led site with slots and instant-win games | Its own exclusive bingo games; says you’ll never spend more than £2 on bingo tickets | Separate: Tombola (International) Plc, account 38613 |
| Buzz Bingo | 75, 80 and 90-ball bingo plus a large slots lobby | Tied to a chain of bingo clubs, with a club voucher in the offer | Separate: Buzz Bingo Digital Limited, account 57594 |
| Sky Bingo | Bingo rooms, Slingo and arcade and instant-win games | Bonus is paid in bingo tickets with no wagering on winnings | Separate: Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, account 65519 |
| Heart Bingo | Bingo, slots, Slingo and live casino | Largest headline bingo bonus, with 4x wagering | Separate: BV Gaming Limited, account 39576 |

Gala is the closest of the five to Foxy, because it’s the same company. Its footer says Gala Bingo is operated by LC International Limited under UKGC account 54743, which is the account Foxy uses too. Gala Bingo and Foxy Bingo are both trading names on that one licence, number 054743-R-330863-015. That’s useful if you want a bingo and slots lobby that looks familiar. It also means any regulatory history is shared.
That history first. On 17 August 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that Entain Group would pay £17 million in a regulatory settlement: £14 million for social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures at LC International Limited, which it said runs 13 websites including ladbrokes.com, coral.co.uk and foxybingo.com, and £3 million for its land-based Ladbrokes business. One of the examples the Commission gave was a customer blocked at Coral over a source-of-funds check who was able to open an account with Ladbrokes straight away. Its chief executive said it was the second time this operator had fallen foul of the rules, and that further serious breaches would make the removal of its licence a very real possibility. Foxy’s own Entain brands page says losses, and the checks linked to your spending, are calculated across all your accounts at those brands. Deposit limits are set per account, so set one on every account you open.
The welcome offer is a choice. The bingo version is a £40 Bingo Bonus: deposit at least £10, then spend £10 on bingo within 7 days of registering. Wagering is 2x the bonus, which is £80, and it has to be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited or the bonus balance and pending winnings are forfeited. The slots version is 100 Free Spins at £0.10 each, valid for 7 days, with no wagering and winnings paid as cash. Deposits made with Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards don’t qualify for the bingo offer.
Gala’s offer terms also say that once you’ve taken a welcome offer you aren’t eligible for another on any other Gala brand. Trustpilot shows galabingo.com at 1.2 from 1,534 reviews (6 October 2026), close to Foxy’s score. We couldn’t read Gala’s own withdrawal timings from the pages we fetched, so we aren’t quoting any. Worth considering if you like Foxy’s format and want to compare offers, but it isn’t a fresh start with a different company.

tombola is a separate company, Tombola (International) Plc, licensed under UKGC account 38613. The register lists tombola.co.uk, tombola.com and the Tombola Arcade domains on that account. It’s a bingo-led site built around games you can’t get at other operators, including bingo90, bingo80, 75 Lines, bingo60 and its own formats such as Pulse and Blocks, plus Deal or No Deal games. The homepage says you’ll never spend more than £2 on bingo tickets, and that slot and instant-win games start from 5p.
The regulatory point first. On 21 July 2025 the Gambling Commission imposed a £184,500 financial penalty on Tombola (International) Plc after an investigation into a key event submission. The register says it breached rules on direct electronic consent and two self-exclusion requirements in the remote social responsibility code. The Commission described the failings as isolated, and noted the immediate remedial action tombola took and its co-operation. If you’ve used self-exclusion anywhere, keep your GAMSTOP registration active and don’t rely on any single operator’s tools.
The welcome offer is a 100% match on your first deposit up to £50, with a £10 minimum deposit, plus 1 Free Play for every £1 deposited up to 50 Free Plays. In tombola’s promotion rules, a £10 deposit gets £10 of bonus money, and a £50 deposit gets £50. The homepage says there are no complicated wagering requirements, but the same rules say bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and that if you withdraw funds that include a bonus, you forfeit the bonus funds. Read the first-deposit terms before you deposit.
On withdrawals, tombola’s help page gives these timings: Visa Debit and Apple Pay fast withdrawals typically 2 to 4 hours, with a £20,000 maximum single withdrawal to card (the same page also says Apple Pay withdrawals may take 3 to 5 working days); Mastercard and Visa Electron standard withdrawals generally 3 to 5 business days; PayPal up to 72 hours, with a £5,000 maximum per PayPal withdrawal; bank transfers 3 to 5 business days. Trustpilot shows tombola.co.uk at 3.5 from 12,936 reviews, the highest-volume profile of the five. A reasonable pick if low ticket prices and exclusive games matter more than a big bonus.

Buzz Bingo is two businesses under one name. The online site, buzzbingo.com, is operated by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited under UKGC account 57594. The clubs are operated by Buzz Group Limited, a separate company on account 2355, and the clubs’ voucher is part of the online welcome offer. The site offers 75, 80 and 90-ball bingo, a large slots lobby and live bingo hosted by presenters.
The Commission’s record on this one matters. Buzz Group Ltd, the company fined in 2021, is not the one that operates the online site today: the register lists buzzbingo.com as an inactive domain on Buzz Group Limited’s account (2355), and it sits on Buzz Bingo Digital Limited’s account now. On 16 December 2021 the Commission announced a £780,000 fine and a formal warning for Buzz Group Ltd, which it said operates buzzbingo.com, over social responsibility and money laundering failures between October 2019 and December 2020. Its examples included a customer who deposited £22,400 in five days without a meaningful interaction, and another who deposited and lost £12,400 over six days with the only record of a customer interaction saying they were ‘coping well in COVID-19’. Set your own deposit limit rather than waiting for the site to intervene.
The bingo welcome offer is a £40 Bingo Bonus, made up of a £30 online bonus and a £10 Club voucher. You deposit at least £10 in cash by debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay, then spend £10 on online bingo ticket games within 14 days of registering. The £30 online bonus carries 4x wagering, so £120 of bingo tickets, to be played through within 30 days of being credited. The Club voucher lasts 6 months and can only be redeemed in Buzz Bingo clubs. The minimum withdrawal is £5. There’s also a slots offer of a £20 slots bonus with 10x wagering, and you can take only one of the two.
Buzz’s help hub says it aims to process withdrawals within one hour, that PayPal usually arrives within 24 hours of approval, and that some methods take 2 to 5 working days to reach your bank. Paysafecard can’t be used for withdrawals. Trustpilot shows buzzbingo.com at 3.9 from 2,970 reviews, though the recent reviews we read include comments about the clubs and about working there, so that score isn’t purely about the website. Best suited to someone who also uses a Buzz club.

Sky Bingo is operated by Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, UKGC account 65519, and Sky’s own privacy policy describes Sky Betting and Gaming as part of the Flutter Entertainment group. The register lists Sky Bingo, Sky Casino, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker and Sky Bet Games as trading names on that account. The site is built around bingo rooms, Slingo, arcade and instant-win games, plus a free bingo room that runs from 7pm to 8pm.
The regulatory history sits with a different company from the one that operates Sky Bingo today. Both penalties were against Bonne Terre Limited, whose remote licences the register shows as surrendered on 31 October 2025. The Commission announced a £1m penalty package for Bonne Terre Limited, trading as Sky Betting and Gaming, on 28 March 2018, over failings involving self-excluded customers, and a £1.17m fine on 9 March 2022 for sending a Sky Vegas promotional email to 41,395 self-excluded customers and 249,159 people who had unsubscribed from marketing. The register shows no regulatory actions recorded for Bonne Terre Gaming Limited. If you’ve self-excluded, don’t rely on an operator’s tools alone: register with GAMSTOP and unsubscribe from marketing emails.
The welcome offer is a £20 bingo bonus for depositing and staking £10 on eligible bingo games within 30 days of registering. The bonus is paid in bingo tickets worth the ticket price of the game, up to 10p per ticket, and can’t be withdrawn, but winnings are paid in cash and Sky’s terms say there are no wagering requirements on them. The bonus expires after 30 days. A smaller, simpler offer than Heart’s or Gala’s, but the terms are short.
Payments have been trimmed back. Sky Betting and Gaming says PayPal and Google Pay are no longer accepted across its brands, and it now offers Pay by Bank, Revolut Pay, debit cards and Apple Pay. A £5 deposit must be made on any new payment method before you can withdraw. Sky Bingo’s withdrawal help page says Pay by Bank is the quickest method, instant card withdrawals should arrive within 1 to 4 hours, standard card withdrawals take 2 to 5 working days, and the minimum is £5 for Pay by Bank and cards (Revolut Pay has no minimum). Trustpilot shows skybingo.com at 2.8 from 668 reviews. Worth considering if low-stakes, simple-terms bingo suits you better than a bonus with a large wagering figure.

Heart Bingo is operated by BV Gaming Limited, UKGC account 39576, and its footer says the Heart Bingo brand is used under licence from Global Media Group Services Limited. The same account lists BetVictor, Betano, Parimatch, Smooth Spins and talkSPORT Bet among its trading names, The register marks Heart Bingo as a white-label domain on that licence, so its relatives are those brands, not Foxy. It offers bingo, slots, live casino and Slingo.
The regulatory point first. On 24 February 2022 the Gambling Commission announced that BV Gaming Limited, trading as BetVictor, would pay a total of £2m in a settlement after an investigation found fairness, social responsibility and money laundering failures. The Commission said the operator runs heartbingo.co.uk among its sites, and the money went to the National Strategy to Reduce Gambling Harms. A large bonus can encourage you to play more than you planned, so decide your deposit limit before you opt in.
The bingo offer on Heart’s offer page and homepage is a £50 Bingo Bonus: opt in, then deposit and play £10 in any bingo room. The terms shown are 4x wagering, a maximum redeemable amount of £200, and rewards that expire after 7 days. The offer page gives the multiple but not a pound figure, and doesn’t say whether it applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus, so check the full terms before you opt in. You’d have 7 days to use it. The slots offer is 100 Free Spins on Make Me a Millionaire for depositing and playing £10 on a slot within 7 days, with the rewards expiring after 7 days. Some text lower down Heart’s homepage describes an older offer (£30 in free bingo tickets), so the offer page is the one to trust, and worth checking on the day.
We couldn’t read Heart’s own withdrawal timings in a way we could quote, so we aren’t giving any. Its terms say you can usually withdraw your available balance but that checks and other circumstances can delay or hold withdrawals. Trustpilot shows heartbingo.co.uk at 2.8 from 1,502 reviews, and the summary we read mentions delayed payouts and poor payouts among the complaints. A fit if you want a big headline bonus and will use it inside 7 days, and not otherwise.
UK-licensed operators have capped bonus wagering at 10x since 19 January 2026, and none of the bingo offers below goes near that. The real differences are the size of the bonus, the wagering multiple and how long you get. Here’s what each welcome offer asks for if you deposit and spend £10 on bingo, as the sites’ own terms state them:
A bigger headline usually means a shorter window or a higher multiple. Gala’s £80 of play in a week, or Heart’s 4x wagering on a £50 bonus in the same time, is a lot to take on from a £10 deposit if you’re on a budget, and the pressure to finish inside the window is a risk in itself. Sky’s offer is the smallest but the only one where we found a plain statement that winnings carry no wagering requirement.
All six sites run bingo and slots. Foxy lists 90, 80, 75 and 30-ball bingo, Slingo, Megaways and scratch cards. Gala’s menu lists live casino, live game shows and table games, and Heart’s lists live casino. tombola leans on exclusive bingo formats, Buzz on live-hosted bingo and a slots lobby with exclusive titles, and Sky on Slingo, arcade and instant-win. We haven’t compared software providers site by site, so we won’t rank them on that.
The timings below are the ones each operator states on its own help pages for specific methods, and they’re targets, not guarantees. Foxy says instant to five working days depending on method; tombola says typically 2 to 4 hours for fast Visa Debit and Apple Pay withdrawals, up to 72 hours for PayPal and 3 to 5 business days for bank transfers; Buzz aims for within one hour, with some methods taking 2 to 5 working days; Sky says 1 to 4 hours for eligible cards and 2 to 5 working days for standard card withdrawals. We couldn’t read comparable timings for Gala or Heart. If the method you use matters to you, check the offer’s excluded payment methods too: Foxy and Gala both exclude e-wallets and prepaid cards from their bingo welcome offers, and Sky no longer takes PayPal at all.
Foxy Bingo is run by LC International Limited, UKGC account 54743. The register lists these active trading names on that account: bwin, coral, foxy bingo, foxy games, gala, gala bingo, gala casino, gala coral, gala spins, game bookers, ladbrokes, party casino, party poker and sporting bet. Foxy’s own Entain page says Foxy is part of Entain Group, and the Commission’s 2022 announcement described LC International as Entain’s online business. That makes Foxy Games, Gala Bingo, Gala Spins, Ladbrokes, Coral, Party Casino and the others its sister sites, and it’s why Gala Bingo is on our list.
Shared ownership matters for self-exclusion and limits. Foxy’s page says losses and spend checks are calculated across your accounts at the Entain brands it lists, while deposit limits are per account. We couldn’t confirm from that page whether a self-exclusion with one Entain brand automatically covers the others, so don’t assume it: ask support, and use GAMSTOP, which covers every UK-licensed site.
The other four are separate companies as far as we found: tombola, Buzz, Sky Bingo and Heart each sit on their own register account. Sky’s own privacy policy describes Sky Betting and Gaming as part of Flutter, and Heart’s operator, BV Gaming Limited, trades as BetVictor. We found no link between any of them and Entain. For related comparisons, see our pages on sites like Gala Bingo, sites like tombola and sites like Paddy Power Bingo.
For bingo sites like Foxy Bingo, we started from the format: bingo rooms alongside slots and Slingo, under a UK licence. We checked each operator’s account on the Gambling Commission register, read the registers’ regulatory actions in full and searched the Commission’s news pages for older cases, then read each site’s own welcome-offer terms and help pages where we could fetch them. We checked Trustpilot for each site on the date shown. We did not deposit, play or withdraw money, so we can’t speak to how any of these feel in use. Where a site’s page couldn’t be read, we say so rather than fill the gap.
We chose a mix of ownership so the list isn’t five versions of one company, and each pick is different in a way a player might care about: wagering, ticket prices, club links or bonus size.
If you’re staying with Foxy Bingo, read the offer terms, upload ID early and set a deposit limit. If gambling has stopped being fun, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133) are free and confidential.
Gala Bingo, because it’s run by the same company (LC International Limited, UKGC account 54743) and offers a similar mix of bingo, slots and Slingo. It’s the closest match, but it shares the same operator history, including the 2022 regulatory settlement we describe above.
